Product Introduction
The ZJL series slurry pump is a new generation of high-efficiency, wear-resistant, and energy-saving slurry pump. This series adopts the internationally advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and is designed according to the principle of minimum loss. The geometric shape of its flow-through components conforms to the flow state of the medium, reducing local and longitudinal water force losses caused by eddies and impacts, thereby reducing the wear of flow-through components, improving hydraulic efficiency, and reducing operating noise and vibration.
The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are made of hard high chromium alloy material, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and other characteristics, thereby improving their service life. This series of slurry pumps has innovations in hydraulic design, structural design, and other aspects. The flow components are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy that is resistant to abrasion, and have the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance. Widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, and chemical engineering, it is mainly used to transport abrasive slurries containing solid particles. The maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture is 45% for mortar and 60% for slurry. The pump can be immersed in a pit or pool for operation, without the need for any shaft seal or shaft seal water.

Common faults and their solutions
The common faults and troubleshooting measures of the pump are shown in Table 1.
