Product Overview
The IS type pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump that is used to transport clean water with a temperature below 80 ℃ or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply, drainage, and agricultural irrigation,
The IR type hot water centrifugal pump is an energy-saving product derived from the IS series single-stage pump. This series of products has a reasonable design, easy installation and maintenance, and is suitable for conveying clean water with a temperature below 150 ℃ or media with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The suction pressure of the pump is not greater than 0.8Mpa, and it can be used to match hot water boilers and heat exchangers. It can also be used as a circulating water pump, feed water pump, or as a water transfer pump for other purposes, such as urban water supply and mine drainage.

The IS series centrifugal pump has a wide range of application fields. In terms of farmland irrigation, this pump can extract and transport water from water sources such as rivers, lakes, and streams to farmland, providing sufficient water for crops. In urban water supply systems, IS series centrifugal pumps can be used to transport water from one location to various water demand points to ensure the normal supply of residential water. Moreover, the machine can provide reliable fluid transportation solutions in industrial production such as water circulation systems and water treatment plants. It can also be used in industrial and civil construction industries, such as metallurgy, power plants, textiles, chemicals, printing and dyeing, ceramics, rubber, heating, waste heat utilization, air conditioning, etc.

In terms of machine performance, the IS centrifugal pump has a powerful ability to transport fluids. On the one hand, due to the special hydraulic design and manufacturing process adopted by the IS series centrifugal pump, it can reduce energy loss during the process of conveying media and improve energy utilization efficiency. On the other hand, high-quality sealing devices and bearings can ensure that the pump does not frequently malfunction during long-term transportation, thereby reducing the maintenance cost of the machine. In addition, the IS series centrifugal pump also has the characteristics of sturdy structure, stable operation, and easy installation, making it more widely used and recognized in practical fields.

Structural characteristics
1. The IS/ISR horizontal single-stage single suction clean water centrifugal pump is designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard ISO2858. It mainly consists of the pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, and suspension bearings.
2. The pump body and pump cover of the IS/ISR horizontal single-stage single suction clean water centrifugal pump are divided from the back of the impeller, which is commonly known as the rear opening structure. Its advantage is easy maintenance. During maintenance, the pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline, and motor are not moved. Only the middle connecting piece of the extended coupling needs to be removed to exit the rotor part for maintenance.
3. The pump casing (i.e. pump body and pump cover) constitutes the working chamber of the pump. The impeller, shaft, and rolling bearings are the rotors of the pump. The suspension bearing components support the rotor part of the pump, while the rolling bearings are subjected to the radial and axial forces of the pump.
4. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps are equipped with sealing rings at the front and rear of the impeller, and balance holes are provided on the rear cover plate of the impeller. Due to the low axial force of some pumps, there are no sealing rings or balance holes on the back of the impeller.
5. The axial sealing ring of the pump is composed of a packing gland, packing ring, and packing to prevent air intake or significant water leakage. If the impeller of the pump is balanced, the cavity containing soft packing is connected to the suction port of the impeller. If the liquid at the inlet of the impeller is in a vacuum state, it is easy to introduce air along the surface of the shaft sleeve. Therefore, a packing ring is installed in the packing chamber through the small hole on the pump cover to guide the pressure water in the pump chamber to the packing ring for sealing. If the impeller of the pump does not have a balance hole, there is no leakage problem due to the liquid pressure on the back of the impeller being greater than atmospheric pressure, so the packing ring can be omitted.
6. To avoid shaft wear, a shaft sleeve protection is installed at the part where the shaft passes through the packing chamber. There is an O-ring seal between the shaft sleeve and the shaft to prevent air intake or water leakage along the mating surface.
7. The transmission mode of the pump is connected to the electric motor through an extended elastic coupling, and the rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the driving end.Performance Parameter Table
