Product Overview
AH, AHR, HH, HHR, M, and MR slurry pumps are cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps. Suitable for conveying highly corrosive and high concentration slag slurry in industrial industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, and building materials. This type of pump can also be used in series in multiple stages.
The shaft seals of AH, HH, and M-type pumps can use packing seals or centrifugal seals. The outlet position of the pump can be rotated at intervals of 45 degrees and used at eight different angles as needed. The D-type dredging pump and G-type gravel pump have large flow channels and are suitable for transporting gravel, mud, and slurry with large solid particles. AHR, LR, MR type pumps, the flow components of which are made of rubber material. The pump body, cover, and transmission parts of the Qi pump are compatible with AH, L, and M pumps and are suitable for transporting fine particles and corrosive slurry.

Structural characteristics
The AH type slurry pump has a dual pump casing structure, which means that the pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant metal liners (including impellers, sheaths, protective plates, etc.). The pump body and pump cover are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron according to the working pressure, vertically split and connected with bolts at the edges. The pump body has a stopper and a bracket that is bolted together. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life of the pump. The inlet of each type of pump is horizontal, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the transmission direction.
Sealing method
The main types of shaft seals for pumps include packing seals, secondary impeller seals, and mechanical seals.
Packing seal is a common form of shaft seal that is suitable for various working conditions. It can be matched with special materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene packing and graphite packing, and can be used under corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and easy maintenance. But it is necessary to add shaft seal water and ensure sufficient water pressure and quantity. The shaft seal water pressure is the pump outlet pressure plus 35kPa (0.35kg/cm2), and the shaft seal water quantity depends on the size of the bracket, as shown in the table below.
The secondary impeller seal utilizes the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the series connected secondary impellers. It is generally used in the case of pressure feeding, but the feeding pressure value is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value. This sealing form does not require the addition of shaft sealing water (lubricating grease is regularly added through the oil cup on the pump body) and does not dilute the slurry; But it will increase power consumption (usually requiring an increase of about 5% of the rated power). Mechanical seals can also be used for slurry pumps, which have good sealing effects but high costs, and shaft sealing water must be added as required.

The most commonly used transmission methods include CRZ, ZVZ, DCZ, CV, and other transmission methods.
Connection method
1. Belt connection is widely used and has the characteristics of convenient installation and wide speed regulation range. It is mainly used for the Woman series pumps, and now it is also applied in the ZGB and ZJ series according to actual working conditions.
2. The connection speed of the elastic pin coupling has been limited and is mainly used for pumps that match the pump speed and motor speed.
3. Diaphragm coupling connection is mainly used in some post disassembly pumps, such as large desulfurization pumps.
4. Other connections, such as gearboxes and hydraulic couplings, are mainly used in high-power situations where the pump speed is different from the motor speed, such as large desulfurization pumps and dredging pumps.Advantages and disadvantages of transmission mode
The discharge port of the pump can be installed by rotating along the vertical plane. The transmission methods include elastic coupling transmission (DC transmission), V-belt transmission (CR, CL, CV, ZV), variable frequency drive device, etc.
The advantages of direct transmission include: ① reliable operation and low failure rate, ② no loss of rotation and high efficiency.
The disadvantage of direct transmission is that the speed is fixed and it is not suitable to work accurately at the required operating point.
The advantages of belt drive are: easy to change the working parameters of the pump, wide range of pump selection, and easy to achieve the required operating parameters.
The disadvantages of belt transmission are: ① easy to lose rotation and low transmission efficiency; ② Belts are prone to damage and have high operating costs; ③ Poor reliability, not suitable for transmitting power greater than 220kW.
If the required head is too high, it is advisable to use variable frequency speed regulation or belt transmission when selecting. Other installation methodsReferring to the pump performance curve, the selected flow range should be:
AH and M-type pumps:
The flow rate range for high concentration, highly abrasive slurry is 40-80%
△ The flow rate range for medium concentration and medium abrasive slurry is 40-100%
For HH type pumps with low concentration and low abrasive slurry flow rates ranging from 40% to 120%:
The flow rate range for medium concentration and medium abrasive slurry is 40-80%
The flow rate range for low concentration and low abrasive slurry is 40-100% (the highest efficiency point at a certain speed corresponds to a flow rate of 100%)Common faults and solutions
