Product Overview
The ZJ type slurry pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal slurry pump. The pump body adopts an inner and outer double-layer metal structure, and the pump casing is a vertical open type. The outlet can rotate eight different positions at 45 ° intervals. This product is efficient, energy-saving, with a long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It is suitable for industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. The processing medium is abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The solid-liquid mixed concentration mortar is 45%, the slurry is 60%, and the medium temperature is ≤ 60 ℃. This type of pump can be used in series in multiple stages.

The ZJ slurry pump is a horizontal, vertical split type, double shell structure slurry pump. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable metal lining, which is made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The lining can be used until worn through, extending the maintenance cycle and reducing operating costs. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles.
Bearing components: The pump's bearing components adopt a cylindrical structure, which facilitates the adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate. They can be removed as a whole during maintenance. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
Shaft seal: The shaft seal forms of pumps include packing seal, secondary impeller seal, and mechanical seal. Two types of shaft seals can also be used: a combination seal with a secondary impeller and packing, and a mechanical seal.
1. Auxiliary impeller power seal: The auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the series connected auxiliary impeller, and the packing or lip seal is used as the parking seal. This sealing method can be used for single-stage pumps or multi-stage pumps connected in series as the first stage pump when the positive pressure value at the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pressure value at the pump outlet. He can operate without shaft seal water, without diluting the slurry, and has good sealing effect. But it will increase power consumption (usually requiring an increase of about 5% in shaft power). Packing sealing is a common shaft sealing method that is suitable for various working conditions. It can be matched with special materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene packing and graphite packing, and can be used under corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and easy maintenance.
2. Mechanical seal: Adopting internationally advanced sealing technology, the sealing effect is good. The modular structure makes installation and replacement more convenient, and different structural forms adapt to different working conditions. The friction pair material adopts high hardness ceramic and alloy materials, and the mechanical seal and sealing box are designed and matched to conform to the flow state of the medium, thus having high wear resistance and seismic resistance, and can ensure customer satisfaction in various harsh working conditions.Transmission methods: including V-belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reducer transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, variable frequency drive device, thyristor speed regulation, etc. The V-belt drive includes CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, and ZR drives.
Overall performance
The pump has a wide performance range, good cavitation performance, and high efficiency. Multi level series connection technology can be used to meet long-distance transportation needs. There are various metals available for overcurrent components, and the depth can be increased. Adopting multiple speeds and variations to ensure the pump operates at its optimal conditions. Long service life, high operating efficiency, and can meet various harsh transportation conditions.
Product Features
With the development and improvement of impurity pump technology, combined with user feedback experience, and using modern fluid mechanics theory, modern mechanical theory, and computer software design technology, ZJ slurry pump has innovated in water conservancy design, structural design, and other aspects. The overcurrent components are made of wear-resistant high chromium alloy cast iron, which is widely used in industries such as coal mines and iron mines. It has significant characteristics such as high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance. The pump casing adopts a double pump casing structure, which is convenient for replacing overcurrent components. According to pressure requirements, the outer pump casing can be made of ball milled cast iron or gray cast iron, and the inner pump casing can be made of wear-resistant alloys such as Cr20, Cr27, Cr30, etc.
Scope of application
Mainly suitable for industrial industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, and mining, it is used to transport abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as processing concentrates and tailings in ore selection plants, ash removal in power plants, coal slurry and heavy medium coal preparation in coal preparation plants, and slurry transportation in coastal and river mining operations. The maximum weight concentration it can handle for slurry is: 45% for mortar and 60% for slurry. According to customer needs, it can be operated in series.
