Product Overview
The WQ type non clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pump products developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology and the characteristics of domestic water pump usage. It has significant energy-saving effects, anti entanglement, non clogging, automatic installation and automatic control. It has a unique effect in the discharge of solid particles and long fiber waste.
This series of pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump adopts a single channel or double channel form, which is similar to a curved pipe with the same cross-sectional size and has very good flow characteristics. Coupled with a reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency and the impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance tests, making the pump operate without vibration.
The hydraulic performance of this pump is advanced and mature. After testing, all performance indicators of the product have reached the relevant standards and regulations. Product Features
1. Adopting a large flow channel anti clogging hydraulic component design, it greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, and can effectively pass through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. Reasonable design, reasonable matching motor, high efficiency, significant energy-saving effect.
3. The chrome plating treatment of the pump shaft greatly improves its corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and significantly increases the service life of the entire pump.
4. The connection between the cable and the motor adopts rubber sleeve integral vulcanization technology, which has a long-term and reliable waterproof effect.
5. The mechanical seal adopts a dual channel series seal, made of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, which has the characteristics of durability and wear resistance, and can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.
6. The pump structure is compact, small in size, easy to move, easy to install, and does not require the construction of a pump room Dive into the water to work, greatly reducing project costs
7. There is an oil-water probe installed in the pump oil chamber. When the mechanical seal on the pump side is damaged, water enters the oil chamber and the probe generates a signal to protect the pump.
8. A fully automatic safety protection control cabinet can be equipped according to user needs to monitor pump leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, ensuring reliable and safe pump operation.
9. The double rail automatic coupling installation system has brought great convenience to the installation and maintenance of pumps, and people do not have to enter and exit the sewage pit for this.
10. The float switch can automatically control the stop and start of the pump according to the required water level changes, without the need for a dedicated person to supervise.
11. Ensure that the motor operates without overload within the range of head.
12. According to the usage scenario, the motor can adopt a water jacket external circulation cooling system, which can ensure the safe operation of the electric pump in a dry state without water

Pump usage conditions
1. The medium temperature does not exceed 60 ℃, the density is 1.0-1.3kg/dm ³, and the pH value is within the range of 5-9.
2. For pumps without internal self circulation cooling systems, the exposed liquid level of the motor part should not exceed 1/2
3. In general, the pump must be used within the range of head to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used within the full range of head, it should be specified separately when ordering for the manufacturer to manufacture.
4. The current of the pump motor during operation shall not exceed the rated current of the motor.
Model meaning

Structural Description
The WQ type unobstructed submersible sewage pump consists of a motor and a pump, which are separated by an oil isolation chamber and mechanical seal components. It is an electromechanical integrated product, and the motor and pump share the same shaft (rotor). The entire length of the water pump is short and the structure is compact. Equipped with multiple protective devices to ensure safe and reliable operation of the pump. The main functions of its components are as follows:
Signal line 1: Equipped with a fully protected water pump control cabinet to provide all-round protection for the pump, including water leakage, phase failure, short circuit, overheating, motor overload, and other items.
Motor stator 8: adopts B-level or F-level insulation.
Leakage probe 11: This component is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged and water enters the oil chamber, the probe can send a signal to the control system to protect the pump.
Mechanical seal 13: Adopting dual channel series sealing, using a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing, wear resistance, and long service life.
Impeller 17: The impeller adopts a single or double channel structure, which has strong passing capacity and can pass large materials and fiber waste; Reduce blockage and entanglement faults.
Pump body 15: matched with impeller, making the pump highly efficient.
Sealing ring 18: installed at the mouth ring of the pump body. When the impeller wears out the mouth ring due to operation, the sealing ring can be replaced to ensure optimal efficiency of the pump operation.

1. Automatic coupling device system
Suitable for long-term fixed use scenarios, it has the advantages of quick installation, easy detection and maintenance. The system uses a specially designed base, fixed at the bottom of the sewage pit, connected to the outlet pipe, and equipped with supporting blocks at the top of the pool. The two are connected by a guide rod, and the water pump is connected to a specific bracket. It reaches the base along the guide rod, automatically couples and seals with it, and automatically falls off when lifted.
2. Mobile installation system
It is supported by a bracket and can work by connecting the water outlet hose. This method is mainly used for emergency rescue or maintenance construction needs.


Fixed automatic installation Mobile installation Pump usage method and precautions
1. Before using the pump, carefully check whether the cables are damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or detached, and whether the pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.
2. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and relative ground of the electric pump motor. The value should not be less than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the motor stator winding should be dried at a temperature not exceeding 120 ℃.
The installation of this series of pumps comes in two types: fixed and mobile. When using fixed automatic installation, the chain cable should be threaded into two lifting ring screws or lifting plates (offset from the pump outlet, and its connection should be parallel to the pump outlet) to lift the electric pump up and down. Slowly and evenly slide down along the guide rail until it automatically couples into place. When using mobile installation, first cover the hose and thread the chain rope into two lifting rings to lift the electric pump up and down. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.
4. The rotation direction of the pump after connection is counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet. If the electric pump is reversed, simply swap any two wires in the cable to adjust the wiring position.
5. The grounding wire of the casing of the electric pump must be strictly connected according to relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly prohibited to install or move people in the vicinity while the electric pump is running, in case of accidents caused by leakage of the electric pump.
6. Unless there are special circumstances, the electric pump must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet. Do not directly connect to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.
7. Do not operate the electric pump in a low head steady state for a long time (generally, the head should not be less than 60% of the rated head). It is best to control it within the recommended head range to prevent the electric pump from overloading and burning out the motor.
Pumps without self circulating cooling devices are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the water surface for long-term operation to prevent overheating and damage to the electric pump.
Maintenance
1. The electric pump should be managed and used by a dedicated person, and the insulation resistance between the pump winding and the casing should be checked regularly to ensure that it is normal.
2. After each use, especially for thicker and more viscous slurries, the electric pump should be placed in clean water and run for several minutes to prevent sedimentation inside the pump and ensure its cleanliness.
3. If the electric pump is not used for a long time, it should be taken out of the water and not soaked in water for a long time to reduce moisture in the motor stator winding

4. Under normal conditions, the pump should be filled or replaced with oil (10-30 octane oil) in the oil chamber every 300-500 hours of use to maintain good lubrication of the mechanical seal and improve its service life.
After disassembling and repairing the electric pump, the casing components must undergo a 0.2MPa air tightness test to ensure reliable motor sealing.
The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function. If the seal is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump and should be replaced if necessary.
