Mobile pump truck usage and precautions!

Preparation work before starting the pump truck

1、 After receiving the goods, inspect the integrity of the goods for any significant damage.

2、 Connect the water inlet pipeline, ensure that the clamp is tightened, and focus on checking the pipeline joints to ensure the sealing of the water inlet pipeline.

3、 The first use of a diesel engine requires the addition of antifreeze, engine oil, and diesel fuel. Add oil or butter to the bearing body of the pump as instructed.

4、 Before connecting the water outlet pipeline, fill the pump chamber with clean water and check the tightness and secure connection of the water outlet pipeline.

5、 Connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery correctly and check if they are secure. Cannot loosen the connection!

Starting of diesel engine

1、 The diesel engine used for the first time needs to exhaust the air in the inlet pipe.

1. Loosen the air release screw of the oil inlet pipe and repeatedly press the hand oil pump.

2. Wait for the release screw to release diesel without any bubbles, tighten the release screw.

2、 Diesel engine start-up

1. Insert the key and turn the voltmeter to the right to display the voltage.

2. Press the black start button to start the diesel engine.

3. Adjust the throttle lever to the appropriate speed and fix it, then the water pump can start working.

3、 Diesel engine stopped

1. Release the throttle lever until the engine runs rapidly.

2. Turn off the key (the electronic fuel injection diesel engine can be turned off by turning off the key, without the need for step 3)

3. Push the shutdown push rod to stop the diesel engine.

Overview

The mobile pump truck adopts ZW pump, which integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge. It adopts axial reflux external mixing type, and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it can suction and discharge liquids containing large solid long fiber impurities without the need for bottom valves and water filling like general self-priming water pumps. Therefore, the pipeline system is simplified and the working conditions are improved. The pump adopts an axial liquid return pump body structure. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a scroll chamber, a return port, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump starts normally, the impeller absorbs the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipeline together, and can be fully mixed in the impeller. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the liquid carries the gas to the outer edge of the scroll chamber, forming a white foam belt with a certain thickness and a high-speed rotating liquid ring on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through a diffusion tube. At this time, due to a sudden decrease in flow rate, lighter gases are separated from the mixed gas-liquid, and the gases continue to rise and be discharged through the pump outlet. The degassed liquid returns to the storage chamber and enters the impeller again through the reflux hole, where it mixes with the gas sucked in from the suction pipeline inside the impeller. Under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller, it flows towards the outer edge of the impeller. As this process repeats itself, the amount of air sucked into the pipeline decreases continuously until all gas is sucked out, completing the self-priming process, and the pump is put into normal operation.

The application scope of the pump

1. Suitable for municipal flood control emergency, urban well sewage treatment, civil air defense system drainage stations, urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, industrial and mining flushing, equipment cooling, etc.

2. Equipped with a rocker nozzle, the water can be washed into the air and dispersed into small raindrops for spray. It is a good machine for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.

3. Suitable for clear water, seawater, chemical media liquids with acid and alkalinity, and slurries with general paste like properties (medium viscosity ≤ 100%, solid content up to 30% or less).

4. It can be used in conjunction with any type and specification of filter press, and is the most ideal pump for delivering slurry to the filter press for pressure filtration.
