Safety precautions
1. Before installation and use, the interior of the submersible motor must be filled with clean water.
2. Before maintaining or repairing the submersible electric pump, the power supply must be disconnected.
3. Regularly check the insulation resistance of the motor winding to ground.
4. Water pumps must be equipped with overload protection devices (such as air switches, oil immersed compensation start switches, or overload protection control cabinets), and explosion-proof overload protection switches must be equipped for use in coal mines.
5. Submersible electric pumps must be reliably grounded in special use situations, such as when they are easily accessible to humans or livestock.
6. Submersible electric pumps cannot be used horizontally, they can only be used vertically.
7. Before installation and use, it is necessary to read the installation, use, maintenance and upkeep contents in the user manual.Safety sign
According to the requirements of GB/T9969-2008, GB10395.1-2009, and GB10396-2006, our company's submersible motors are labeled with safety warning signs. Please strictly follow the relevant content of the safety signs to ensure safe use.
Special Notice
1. When the nameplate of the pump does not match the instruction manual, the nameplate of the pump shall prevail.
2. If the pump is taken out of the well for storage, remember to drain the water inside the motor chamber to prevent the motor from being frozen or even scrapped.
3. Strictly follow the prescribed head to prevent motor overload and burnout due to low head and flow rate.
4. Qualified power sources, cables, and protective switches must be used as required.
5. Before going down the well, the motor must be filled with clean water and it is strictly prohibited to operate without water.
6. This product is a clean water pump. It is strictly prohibited to dig new wells or pump muddy water.
7. It is strictly prohibited to dry test the submersible electric pump outside the well before going down.Overview
Submersible electric pump is a new type of water lifting machinery, consisting of a submersible motor and a submersible pump. It is widely used in cities, industrial and mining enterprises, cooling systems, water supply and drainage, and farmland irrigation. Its main feature is that the motor and water pump are integrated and work underwater, without the need for pump rooms or other buildings. It is easy to use and maintain, has high efficiency, and operates safely and reliably.
Terms of Use
1. Power supply: 380V three-phase AC, 50HZ
2. Water quality: (1) The water temperature should not exceed 20 ℃; (2) The solid impurity content (mass ratio) shall not exceed 0.01%; (3) PH value (acidity/alkalinity) 6.5-8.5; (4) The content of hydrogen sulfide shall not exceed 1.5mg/l; (5) The content of chloride ions is not more than 400mg/

Structure Introduction
(1) Structure as shown in the diagram:
The water pump mainly consists of components such as the pump shaft, impeller, guide housing, rubber bearings, and check valve body (optional). The motor part mainly consists of a base, pressure regulating film, thrust bearing, thrust disc, lower guide bearing seat, stator, rotor, upper guide bearing seat, water slinger, inlet joint, outlet cable and other components.
(2) Main features:
1. The motor is a wet submersible three-phase asynchronous motor filled with water. The motor chamber is filled with clean water for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearings. The pressure regulating film at the bottom of the motor is used to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the internal water caused by the temperature rise of the motor.
2. In order to prevent sand particles from the well water from entering the interior of the motor, two oil seals are installed at the shaft extension of the upper end of the motor, and a sand throwing ring is installed to form a sand control structure.
3. In order to prevent the water pump shaft from shifting upwards during startup, the water pump shaft and motor shaft are connected by a coupling, and a thrust bearing is installed at the lower part of the motor.
4. The lubrication of the motor and water pump bearings is water lubrication.
5. The stator winding of the motor adopts high-quality submersible motor winding wire with high insulation performance.6. The water pump is designed using computer CAD, with a simple structure and good technical performance
