Product Overview
The ISG series single-stage, single suction pipeline centrifugal pump adopts the performance parameters of the IS pump, and is improved, developed, and combined to successfully solve some of the shortcomings of the IS pump in use. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, stable performance, and easy maintenance. It is an ideal replacement product for the IS pump. At the same time, it produces hot water, high temperature, corrosion-resistant pumps, and oil pumps according to different temperatures. The product is designed and manufactured according to the international IS02858 standard, which meets the requirements of JB/T53058-93R of the Ministry of Machinery of China. It passed the management system inspection of the Ministry of Machinery in 1993.
Purpose
1. ISG vertical pipeline pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T<80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG) vertical pipeline hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type uses a temperature T<120 ℃, and the GRG type uses a temperature T<240 ℃.
3. IHG type vertical chemical pipeline pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical, and synthetic fibers, with a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. YG type vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.Working conditions
1. The maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6MPa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa (if the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately specified when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of special steel materials during manufacturing)
2. The conveying medium is clean water or other substances with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water (if the conveying medium contains small particles, it should be specified separately when ordering to facilitate the assembly of wear-resistant mechanical seals).
3. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ and the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%.

Y series electric motor: directly connected to the water pump to transmit power.
Bearing: coaxial with the motor, the extended shaft of the motor ensures the concentricity of the shaft, making the pump run smoothly without noise and vibration. It is treated with chrome plating to enhance its service life.
Water blocking ring: prevents water from entering the motor due to sealing leakage.
Joint seat: ingeniously designed, both aesthetically pleasing and reducing the center of gravity of the pump and enhancing the cantilever of the shaft, ensuring the stability and longevity of the pump operation.
Mechanical seal: Made of materials such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, fluororubber, etc. Balanced high-temperature and high-pressure mechanical seal, with long operating life, no leakage, no wear on the shaft, no accumulation of water and dirt, ensuring a clean working environment.
Pressure plug: Install pressure gauges and vacuum pressure gauges to monitor the normal and efficient operation of the pump.
Pump body: The extrusion chamber and suction chamber are designed with excellent hydraulic models, which are both beautiful and efficient. They are equipped with installation feet for easy installation and stable operation.
Drain valve: Ensure the normal maintenance of the pump.
Exhaust valve: The filling pump can exhaust the air inside the pump, ensuring the normal start-up of the pump.
Impeller: Designed with excellent hydraulic models, it has the characteristics of high efficiency and good reliability.
Bearings: Ensure the accuracy of shaft rotation and improve mechanical sealing
