    Silicon carbide with strong wear resistance

    The crystal structure of silicon carbide is similar to that of diamond tetrahedral structure, and it is a compound mainly composed of covalent bonds. Its hardness is second only to diamond. According to comparative experiments conducted by Xi'an Jiaotong University, its wear resistance is 3.51 times that of Cr30 wear-resistant steel.

    Heavy duty slurry pumps are suitable for industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, coal, chemical, and building materials to transport abrasive and corrosive slurries containing solid particles, such as power plant ash conveying, coal slurry conveying, metallurgical beneficiation plant slurry conveying, coal washing plant slurry and heavy medium conveying, etc. The maximum weight concentration of its solid-liquid mixture is 45% mortar and 60% slurry. This pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, stable operation, high reliability, and long service life, and has improved its impact performance. It has been successfully applied to a grinding machine pump station.

    • The pump head and bracket are connected by bolts, and the pump outlet angle can be rotated as needed to achieve multi-stage connection.
    • The overcurrent component adopts sintered ceramics of silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide, which is suitable for media with strong abrasion resistance and high solid content.
    • The pump bracket is equipped with an adjusting bolt, which drives the axial displacement of the bearing box by twisting the adjusting bolt installed on the bracket, achieving the adjustment of the impeller clearance and ensuring that the pump always operates at the high-efficiency point.
    • Design temperature measurement devices for bearing positions to facilitate data collection for on-site DCS control systems.
    • In response to the characteristics of abrasive and corrosive slurry, the mechanical seal adopts a spring external structure to avoid blockage; Adopting a static ring compensation structure to adapt to pump types with large shaft diameters and high linear velocities.

    PCM series vertical ceramic slurry pump

    The PCM vertical ceramic slurry pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump that is immersed underwater and used to transport abrasive, coarse particle, and high concentration slurry. It does not require any shaft seal or shaft seal water and can work normally even under conditions of insufficient suction. The overcurrent components are made of silicon carbide (SIC) ceramics, which have good wear and corrosion resistance and long service life. Specially suitable for various pit pumps in mining, coal, and desulfurization systems.

    Structural characteristics

    • Adopting a vertical cantilever structure.
    • Adopting silicon carbide ceramic impeller, equipped with a disassembly ring for easy disassembly of the impeller.
